Sam continues to really like baking class. He wanted to make the tropical banana bread again except substitute strawberries for the pineapple. He did, and the cake ended up falling in. We're not sure exactly how that happened. We ate it anyway.

We have all been into good books lately. Sam is into the Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer. This is the same series that Ab,Han, Chelle, and Emily were into. Here he is reading, and just after a hair cut. Yea!

She and I have both been listening to "A Wrinkle In Time" on cd. She loves the story and can't wait to listen to it each night. One night Swirly Swirl jumped up in bed with us. We couldn't find her until we peeked under a sheet. She wasn't moving or anything--just staring at us with her eyes open. Yes, Jenny, she was up on our bed!

It's countdown time for the Centennial celebration at church and the 72nd anniversary. I can't wait til it's over!!!
I also have to complete the school directory by then. Hopefully, I'll be able to get it done!
Reunion is just a few weeks away. We'll leave on my b-day and the Centennial will be over by then. Can't wait!
JM is at Ft. Leavenworth (KS) giving a talk the next few days.
We started our Beth Moore Bible study last week. Very good!
A week ago last Sunday night John Mark had Autumn playing keyboard, he played guitar, Sam played bass, and YunMei (12 year old) played violin while the congregation sang. They all did really well.
That's it for now!

I sure love the idea of playing music together. Can they perform for us at reunion. I mean just the Witter family. Sam is looking handsome and how did you manage that haircut. It's lovely to look at. mom
Sammy is sssoo cute! It tickles me that he is reading that series. Abi is just thrilled. Can't wait to see you guys at reunion! Jen
You have quite a reading family! We are so pleased! I really liked the idea of making music together. I'm glad Autumn is doing so well with her quizzing. What a wonderful study for this year. Samuel, hang in there with the cakes--sometimes they're best when they fall. MOM H.
I would like the recipes of the cake.
