We had our campout 2 weekends ago. All went okay, but I would have rather been in my own bed at night. I've decided I really do like to camp, I just hate sleeping in a tent at night. Oh, and I hate the preparation of it all. And the unpacking of it all. Maybe I should have written what I like about camping. I like the mornings (Breakfast) and I like sitting around the campfire in the evenings (smores & songs)
The weather actually ended up being nice and not too hot.
Not the greatest pictures, but anyway, here are a few.
Lily Li teaches some of the group a Chinese card game.
The kids playing in the tent (looking through the veil)
Playing some game called "Abachi"??? I can't remember the name of it.
Baby Jerick asleep in our tent
Playing a game where the kids look for their color of Easter egg. Once they've found all their eggs, they open them up to find strips of a Bible vs inside. They line up their strips correctly then glue them on in the right order.
Another exciting thing that happened last week...the garage was actually totally cleaned out SO much that we were able to fit both vehicles in! This is the first time in 9 years! Hip Hip Hooray! For the most part, we are able to get in and out okay. JM says when he has stuff like groceries or bags of stuff, he has to stop in the driveway and get them out from there, then pull on it. I must say it does look nice without a big red truck in the front.

Oh, that garage is sooo beautiful. I liked that picture best of all next to that baby sleeping. Mom
